Gun Sale Changes
The elementary school massacre in Connecticut is changing the way some major retailers do business.This week Dick’s Sporting Goods announced it had suspended the sale of modified rifles.The chain, that recently opened a store in Oxnard, is also removing guns from display cases.Most of the shoppers we spoke to hope other stores will follow suit.An investment group is also changing its business plan.Cerberus Capital is planning to sell its stake in Freedom Group.Freedom Group is the company that makes the Bushmaster assault weapon that was used in the school shooting last Friday.Share your comments about this story with us on the KEY News Facebook page.
