Freedom Warming Centers To Open
The Freedom Warming Centers will be available for people starting the new year without a home.Locations in Santa Maria,Lompoc and Santa Barbara will open their doors beginning Monday, December 31st from 6 p.m. To 6 a.m. and will re-open each night through Wednesday, January 2nd.A shuttle service will be available from Isla Vista to Santa Barbara.
