Derogatory Statements Left On Cars

Some Ventura residents woke up to find their cars vandalized.And some of the cars had derogatory statements carved into the paint.Police say at least 14 cars were damaged near Ventura College Thursday.They were parked between Ashwood and Estates Avenues.Some residents say they are going to start parking in their garages instead of in their driveways or on the street.If you do park on the street, police suggest you lock up, set your car alarm and try to park in a well lit areas.if you see suspicious activity you are urged to report it by calling 911 or call Ventura Police at 650-8010 You can also log on to the links below to track crime in Ventura.Share your comments about this story with us on the KEY News Facebook page.
