Unlicensed Driver Pleads Guilty

An unlicensed driver who lost his brother and three co-workers in a Camarillo car crash has changed his plea to guilty.On Wednesday, Rogaciano Ramirez Lopez pleaded guilty to felony vehicular manslaughter with gross negligence charges.The accident happened on Pleasant Valley Road last September.The 26 year old also admitted to injuring an elderly driver in another car.Lopez was traveling too fast when he tried to pass in foggy conditions.The undocumented worker was driving the carpool to work in an agriculture field.Sentencing is set for January 11th.
