Santa Barbara County Coastal Cleanup Day 2012

Santa Barbara County residents will join hundreds of thousands of participants worldwide in clearing trash and debris from beaches. This year’s international coastal cleanup event is Saturday, September 15th from 9 am to noon. Last year, more than 12 hundred local volunteers collected more than seven thousand pounds of debris from Santa Barbara county beaches and creeks.
