Parma Park Rescue A False Alarm

UPDATE – Santa Barbara Fire Search and Rescue crews responded to Parma Park along Highway 192 in Santa Barbara for a reported hang glider stuck in a tree about 1:45pm.Officials did not find anyone in trouble. However, they believe the person who reported it to 911 may have mistaken a windsock for a downed hang glider. Fire officials are treating it as a false alarm.KEY News has a crew on the scene.
