Paddle-A-Thon For Daisy Merrick
A global Paddle-A-Thon was held Saturday morning for eight-year-old Daisy Merrick.Supporters paddled out in the surf in Carpinteria, Hawaii, Florida and Indonesia, to raise money to help with Daisy’s medical bills. Her grandfather is legendary surfer Al Merrick. At the age of eight, Daisy has already endured six surgeries and several rounds of chemotherapy and radiation.
