Optimistic Forecast For Ventura County

Ventura County’s economic outlook was the subject of a semi-annual conference today.Mark Schniepp, with the California Economic Forecast based in Santa Barbara, talked about real estate.Schniepp seemed optimistic about the end of this year and the next year.He says cities such as Port Hueneme are likely to see prices rise.The Port of Hueneme is seeing more businesses as well.
