New Restaurant Hopes to Take a Bite Out of the Burger Business

Eureka! Gourmet Burgers is coming to Santa Barbara’s Paseo Nuevo Mall in September. The new location is part of the growing chain based in Southern California.The menu will include more than burgers, and the owners say they have a wide selection of appetizers, salads, sandwiches, and desserts.There will also be many taps featuring craft beers.The location is on the Chapala Street side of the mall.Inside the restaurant will have several flat screen TVs for sports fans.Eureka! Burgers will be open in early September.Currently the restaurant is hiring about 50 employees.
