New Heroes and Heroines Exhibit Opens at Veteran’s Building

The Santa Barbara Veteran’s Memorial building now has a new exhibit to honor those who have fought and died in past and present wars. Over 300 photos are on display along with medals and memories of the men and women who have served our country.A special ceremony was held to open the exhibit and many local veterans were on hand.The Santa Barbara County Board of Supervisors was also recognized for recently funding three positions to help with veteran services from Santa Maria to Carpinteria.
