Moorpark Pot Discovery

A rancher moving cattle discovered pot growing on his property and a lot of it.It happened on a ranch about a mile North East of Moorpark College.Early this morning, Sgt. Eric Buschow says Ventura County Sheriff’s Deputies cut down three thousand plants with a street value of about $3 million dollars.Deputies and drug agents didn’t find the growers, but they found their base camp off Campus Park Drive.KEY News will have more details at 5, 6 and 6:30 p.m.Share your comments about this story with us on the KEY News Facebook page.
