Meathead Movers Are Honored As Small Business Of The Year

Meathead Movers was honored today as the 33rd Assembly District Small Business of the Year. San Luis Obispo Assembly Member Katcho Achadjian praised the company for being a great example of hard work and dedication. “What started as a high school side job by two young brothers has grown into a successful company that employs 150 hardworking Californians. Despite this impressive growth, the Steed brothers have stayed true to their original commitment of providing outstanding service to their customers and much needed job opportunities to student athletes,” said Achadjian. The moving company has also helped the community by assisting women and children victims of domestic violence. Aaron and Even Steed started the company in 1997 while in high school so they could earn money as they met demands of being student athletes. Since then the Meatheads have grown their business to cover cities between Northern San Luis Obispo to Southern Orange County.
