Hiring Outlook Improving

A new employment survey by a staffing company is projecting an increase in Fall and Winter hiring.The Manpower Employment Outlook Survey released today shows the “strongest fourth quarter outlook in five years.”Manpower says companies involved in food services, finance, insurance, health care and technical services expect to hire in the next few months.But there is a talent crunch.Manpower found that 49 percent of the companies surveyed are looking for skilled workers.Manpower encourages people looking for work to keep training.Share your comments about this story with us on the KEY News Facebook page.
