Gas Prices Will Likely Rise

A recent refinery fire in Richmond means a tighter supply on fuel. Analysts say prices could rise by 30 cents a gallon all over California.The Chevron plant creates roughly 25% of California’s fuel. California has regulations that require different blends of gas for each season.
