There are cigarettes without smoke, and one Santa Barbara store is hoping smokers give the product a puff.The electronic cigarette store has just opened on Haley Street near State.Owner Bradon Duke says what looks like smoke is actually a water vapor. For smokers, the electronic cigarette has a small anount of nicotine in the tip, but no tobacco products are involved.He says the cigarettes can be used in restaurants and bars, because they do not produce any harmful smoke.
