Crosswalk Sting

A series of crosswalk stings will be held this Thursday in Santa Barbara.The targeted patrols will be set up at various undisclosed locations.The stings are in response to recent incidents of pedestrians being struck by vehicles and citizens’ complaints about drivers ignoring pedestrians who are already in a crosswalk.If you’re caught, the ticket can be very expensive.
