Circle K Murder Verdict

Ventura County Jurors found a Fillmore man guilty of killing a Circle K clerk nearly four years ago.They found Gregoria Aguilar guilty on all counts.The shooting happened the morning after Christmas in Ventura.Police say 30-year-old Sean Odle was working the overnight shift during the botched robbery.Aguilar was 19 at the time.The Fillmore man was also found guilty of holdups in Fillmore and Santa Paula.Prosecutors chose not to seek the death penalty.They say he will be sentenced to life without the possibility of parole next month.Share your comments about this story with us on the KEY News Facebook page.
