Carpinteria Power Outage

Power is back to all but one resident this evening. Power was out to 710 Southern California Edison customers.The outage began after three this morning in Carpinteria off of Via Real. An underground transformer flooded causing a blown cable. Crews are working to make repairs and restore power.
