California DMV Experiencing Technical Difficulties
SACRAMENTO, Calif. (AP) – Visitors to California Department of Motor Vehicle offices may experience longer wait times than usual. DMV spokeswoman Jan Mendoza says the DMV’s computer network was down Tuesday morning, so clerks were forced to process transactions by hand. The website also appeared not to be functioning properly.Mendoza says some people might have their appointments rescheduled.It was not immediately clear what was causing the problem or when it would be resolved.
