Arneson Selected California Boys Volleyball Coach Of Year

Santa Barbara High School’s Chad Arneson has been named the Boys Volleyball Coach of the Year by the State of California Coaches Association. The award is given for coaching excellence as well as contribution of time, service and dedication to the profession of athletics. Arneson is in his tenth year as coach for the Dons and every year his volleyball teams have won a Channel League title. This year Santa Barbara did not lose a league game. It is the second straight year that a Dons coach has won this award as golf coach James Bedard received this honor in 2011. Arneson will receive his award in June in San Diego.
