Appeal of Fresh & Easy Denied

An appeal has been denied after a neighbor said the new Fresh & Easy store on Milpas street was not built to city specifications. The main complaint was over the height of a wall near the property line.The city did not find a substantial issue with the wall, or ask that it be modified.KEY News Senior Reporter John Palminterihas the story.
