Homeless Man Arrested for Grabbing 9-Year-Old
A transient is in custody accused of acting out towards a 9-year-old. Jamie Hernandez is the suspect. Police say a woman and her two kids were about to cross the street near Broad and South.
The victim was wearing rollerblades and standing behind her mother when Hernandez allegedly approached the girl from behind, pulling her. The girl was able to get away and notified her mother who contacted police.
Hernandez was later arrested
