Home Improvement Center Thief

Santa Barbara Police need your help to catch a thief. The suspect seen in the video to the left is wanted for theft at the Home Improvement Center on Gutierrez Street. He is carrying a blue tote bag.

The incident occurred earlier this month around noon.
