Casino Robbed

In the midst of Texas Hold Em the Player’s Casino was held up. It happened before 4 a.m. A masked man with a rifle ordered everyone on the floor and then demanded money from the cashier’s cage.

About forty customers were busy playing at the new Ventura Auto Mall location. It’s a good bet police will catch the armed robber. The casino has more than 160 surveillance cameras that show the inside and outside of the casino and The Patio Restaurant that just opened. Police have not released any video.

But witnesses say the suspect was wearing a mask, a dark hoody and black jeans and fled through the front door. No one was hurt and the casino stayed open.
