“Bradley Studios” Now Open

Less than a year after a groundbreaking, Santa Barbara’s newest affordable housing complex is now open The project, called “Bradley Studios” on Bath Street near Haley was celebrated with a ribbon cutting Wednesday afternoon. It was finished a month ahead of schedule.

The 54 units will be filled by low income downtown workers and those with special needs. Some of the rents will be subsidized through government programs, and the tenants will be paying from $380-760 a month.

The project also offers many support services for the tenants including job training and independent living assistance.
