Studio Sunday project at Santa Barbara Museum of Art

SANTA BARBARA, Calif. - The Santa Barbara Museum of Art is hosting its monthly Studio Sunday Art project this weekend. Families are welcome to stop by the family resource center at the museum and create art. It's free to attend.

This month the first solo U.S. museum exhibition of Japanese artist Tatsuo Miyajima’s art in over two decades is being featured. His captivating immersive presentation of four light-based works embodies this internationally renowned artist’s career-long philosophy: Keep Changing, Connect with Everything, Continue Forever.

Guests will be able to recreate his works at Studio Sunday. The family friendly fun runs from 1:30 p.m. to 4:30 p.m. on Sunday January 12.
