Santa Barbara police nab burglary suspect

UPDATE

The suspect sought in connection with a commercial burglary that occurred in early February has been arrested.

According to the Santa Barbara Police Department, 29-year-old Dylan Sulit-Swalley of Santa Barbara was arrested on February 20. Items stolen from the business during the burglary were recovered at the time of the arrest. In addition, authorities recovered property items from a residential burglary reported earlier that day that were in the suspect’s possession.

Sulit-Swalley is currently on parole, police said.

The Santa Barbara Police Department has released a photo and surveillance video of a man suspected of commercial burglary hoping the community can help identify the person.

The man in the images is accused of breaking into a local business on Feb. 8 and stealing several iMac computers and other accessories.
