Foresters slam Southern Nevada

David Clawson’s grand slam in the third inning sparked the Santa Barbara Foresters offense as they erupted for a 15-2 home win over Southern Nevada at Pershing Park.

The 15 runs are a season-high for the Foresters who improved to 5-4 on the year and 3-1 at home.

Tanner Lawson struck out 11 batters and allowed just one run in his five innings of work for the Foresters to earn the victory.

Same two teams will meet on Saturday June 17 at 6pm.
