America Rocks Ventura County Fair

A rock band made up of former U.S. Air Force brats in London in the 1970s performed hit after hit at the Ventura County Fair on Tuesday.

Fans in Ventura couldn’t wait to hear Ventura Highway.

Two of the original band members joked they play classic rock not oldies.

The band performed for the fair’s senior concert, making some people in the packed grandstand feel younger than their years.

America has played about 100 shows a year for 46 years.
