Pismo Beach hosts 17th Annual Taste of Pismo Festival
PISMO BEACH, Calif. - The Pismo Beach Chamber of Commerce hosted a food, beer, and wine festival at Dinosaur Caves Park.
“This is an annual event that the chamber holds. It is our largest fundraiser so our chamber is unique of course like all chambers we are a nonprofit but we are also all volunteer run," said Pismo Beach Chamber of Commerce President, Jeanette Vierra.
The Molly Ringwald Project performed live music at this event.
‘This was like what we’ve been looking forward to and it hasn’t disappointed. Look at this weather and the crowds, the food, the wine. It’s been awesome," said Bob Hardon, who was visiting from Washington.
The festival featured vendors from up and down the Central Coast.
“Just seeing all the different vendors coming out again after COVID and just getting together and everyone just having a great time," said Jackie Sidwell, who was visting from Bakersfield.
Splash Cafe, Laetitia Vineyard & Winery, 805 Beer and Doc Burnstein's Ice Cream Lab were just some of the participating vendors.
“Pismo is a little town and we all got to stick together so we are very excited to be apart of it," said Ashlee Hillier with Blast & Brew.
“It was an event that was started so that one we could promote all of the amazing foods and wines and brews along the central coast but also to bring the community together for an event where they can just really enjoy themselves," said Jeanette Vierra.
