Westmont Wins as Tom Byron Tips Off

C.J. Miller scored a team-high 22 points as Westmont College just hung on to beat British Columbia 83-79 on the first day of the 38th annual Tom Byron Classic in Montecito.

The Warriors led 51-37 at the half. They play Saskatchewan, Canada in Tuesday’s final at 7:30.
