Westlake Upsets St. Bonaventure

Westlake takes control of the Marmonte League East division after an impressive 31-17 win against St. Bonaventure. Even though this was the league opener, most feel that the East division winner would come from this game.

Sophomore Malik Henry threw two touchdown passes to Andre Baccellia as the Warriors knocked off the higher ranked Seraphs.

The game was played at Santa Barbara City College as St. Bonaventure had trouble finding an open field in Ventura.

The Warriors are now 4-2 on the year and the Seraphs slip to 3-3.
