It happened in the 700 block of E. Park Avenue. Authorities say the girl was walking along when a Hispanic man, sitting in a parked car, called her over.

When she approached the car, she noticed the suspect was masturbating. She immediately ran away. The suspect initially followed her in his car, but then quickly got out and ran after her. The suspect grabbed her, but she was able to break free. She ran to a nearby business and called 911. The suspect was last seen driving away from the area, heading northbound on College Drive from Park Street.

He is described as a Hispanic male, 30 years old, 5’9″, 165 lbs, with “Spiky” brown hair, wearing a white t-shirt and light blue jeans, and driving a newer model white, compact car.
