Man accused of breaking into PathPoint
A man is behind bars after police say he broke into the PathPoint office building on Laguna Street.
Around 7 p.m. Saturday, the business manager called police after the building alarm went off and he was notified. The manager had access to the video cameras inside and he said he saw the man from his computer.
When police arrived, they found Jonathan Payne, 32, inside. Payne is a known transient.
He was arrested for commercial burglary and drug possession.
