State Parks Rebound

State park officials say Central Coast State Parks including El Capitan, Gaviota and El Refugio are full, and are expected to maintain their peak capacity through the Memorial Day weekend. We found campers taking advantage of the chance to campbut reportedly inanother 13months budget cuts may force the closure of state parks. Park enthusiasts say if the funding is cut they’ll fight for more to keep the parks open.
