Simi Valley Man Suspected of Committing Lewd Acts on Child

A Simi Valley man suspected of committing lewd acts on a child is expected to be arraigned this Monday. Ventura County Sheriff’s Deputies say, 43-year-old Donald Alan Tuthill inappropriately touched a 12-year-old victim while the victim was spending the night at his house. Deputies believe Tuthill may have been in contact with several other children because he was a volunteer with community groups.
