Unlikely Baseball Champions Highlighted In New Book

John Klima, who was a sports reporter for the Ventura County Star, has a new baseball book about the Milwaukee Braves called Bushville Wins! The book highlights the Braves move from Boston in 1953 and their World Series victory over the Yankees in 1957. Klima did extensive research on the Braves players including former Santa Barbara High School star Eddie Mathews who hit a game-winning 10th inning homer in game four of the ’57 Series.
