Recreational Area, Malibu Coast, Northern Ventura County
Mountains, and Santa Clarita Valley.
* WHEN…Until noon PST Wednesday.
* IMPACTS…Gusty winds will blow around unsecured objects. Tree
limbs could be blown down and a few power outages may result.
