| To be able to be transparent with my constituents encourage them to get better paying job keep them informed with trends that are changing. |

| – Homelessness and Broadway and sore eyes of our city – Address one issue at a time and cultivating a environment where we all get involved in our community |

| Affordable housing: we will need to have a plan for those families that want to move to the central coast. |
