PG&E restores power to 14,000 customers following morning outage
[UPDATE:10/3/2018 8:00 a.m.]: PG&E has restored power to areas along the Central Coast impacted by a massive power outage Wednesday morning, according to the power company’s website.
More than 14,000 customers were affected at one point, PG&E said.
Santa Ynez, Los Olivos, Solvang, Buellton, and Parts of Lompoc and Vandenberg Village were all affected.
It is unclear what caused the outages.

The power outages were first reported around 5:00 a.m. Wednesday. Power is expected to be restored around 9:00 a.m. It is unclear what caused the outages as crews investigate a cause, PG&E said.
