Northrop Grumman facility in Goleta sold to local investor

Northrop Grumman Innovation Systems facility in Goleta has been sold to a local buyer, according to Hayes Commercial Group, the realty company that sold the property.

The building located at 600 Pine Avenue is 83,479 and sits on 6.58 acres.

It listed for $22,950,000 by Steve Hayes and Fracois DeJohn of Hayes Commercial Group.

The buyer is said to be a local investment group and “excited and proud to be involved with a property that has such a great history and future in Goleta’s technology and engineering economy.”

Hayes said the sale is a positive indication that investors in the area’s commercial market remain active and that investor demand is not limited to “class A buildings in A+ locations.”
