Mass Murder Summary Describes Killer’s Bloody Apartment

Investigators found the remains of three young men after Elliot Rodger gunned down three students and injured 14 people on May 23, 2014.

In the early hours of May 24, investigators found his apartment door locked and entered through a bathroom window.

That’s where they found 19-year-old George Chen with 94 stab wounds.

Investigators said Chen was a friend of Elliot Rodger’s rooMmates.

They believe Chen was killed after Rodger ambushed his rooMmates one at a time.

The two young men were found in a bedroom they shared. Weihan Wang, 20, was partially covered with a blanket -Cheng Yuan Hong, 20, still had his backpack on.

It appeared that Rodger tried to wipe blood off the hallway walls between the murders.

Then he changed his bloody clothes and uploaded a disturbing video and manifesto.

He also wrote a final entry into a journal. It said. “I hate you allll!. DIe.”

Detectives found an open bottle of champagne and Monster energy drinks as well as medicine prescribed for anxiety and depression.

A history of his computer searches included ways to kill, and Nazi murders.

Officers said he searched Heinrich Himmler, a Nazi who committed suicide on May 23, 1945. They think the day of Rodger’s own suicide is just a coincidence since he wrote about planning his attack during Deltopia, a street party that led to a large police presence last year.

Apartment 7, where Rodger lived, has been remodeled and rented to the surrprise of many new Capri apartment residents. The new renter chose not to comment about the release of the report.

But neighbors said they will never forget what happened. They said it affected everyone.

Jacob Wyner said the report will provide some closure, if closure is possible.
