Body found near San Luis Pier identified
The body of a man found in the water between Harford Pier and San Luis Pier has been identified as 38-year-old Chad Henry Hebert.
An emergency call came in to the San Luis Obispo Sheriff’s Department at 9:20 a.m. this morning.
A sheriff’s spokesperson said a kayak was found near the body.
At this time, authorities believe the death is not suspicious.
