Champion Warriors celebrate with year-end banquet
Westmont Women’s Basketball celebrated the year that was with its year-end banquet.
The event was held in Westmont’s Murchison Gymnasium and for the first time ever, it was open to the public.
Traditionally an invitation-only event, the Warriors were excited to invite their fans and friends to join in the celebration of a successful year that concluded with an NAIA National Championship.
The four seniors, Tugce Canitez, Larissa Hensley, Jill Wilber, and Gracie Boelsems, were honored for their contributions to the program. Head coach Kirsten Moore was the first person to take the stage and spent time walking everyone though the team’s remarkable year.
