SBIFF unveils second wave of Virtuosos Award recipients
SANTA BARBARA, Calif. – The Santa Barbara International Film Festival (SBIFF) has announced the second wave of recipients for its Virtuosos Award, which includes performers Danielle Brooks, Colman Domingo, America Ferrera and Andrew Scott.
These recipients will join previously announced awardees Lily Gladstone, Da’Vine Joy Randolph, Greta Lee and Charles Melton on Feb. 10 to discuss their work and receive their awards.
“I’m thrilled to add Danielle, Colman, America, and Andrew to our already impressive lineup of Virtuosos," said Dave Karger, the moderator for the festival. "This group of eight artists is simply the most diverse of any class in the 14 years that I’ve been hosting the event.”
The festival will run from Feb. 7 to Feb. 17 and will include events such as screenings, filmmaker Q&As, industry panels and celebrity tributes.
