Award winning Polynesian dance troop saves for trip to Tahiti

Members of Tina’s Ports of Paradise spent Saturday preparing for a fundraisers at the OceanView Pavillion in Port Hueneme.

Processed from the evening show entitled “An Evening in Polynesia” will help the dancers travel to Tahiti for a performance next year.

The group led by Tina Vainuku was invited to Tahiti after winning a competition called the San Diego Heiva.
