Pasolivo recipe developer prepares for Paso Robles Olive Festival

PASO ROBLES, Calif. – The 18th annual Paso Robles Olive Festival and the 14th annual Lavender Festival returns to the Paso Robles Downtown City Park on Saturday after a two-year COVID-19 hiatus.

Pasolivo, a small, award-winning olive oil company based out of Paso Robles has been getting ready for the big day.

Pasolivo recipe developer, Noelle Scottie, stopped by News Channel 3-12 on Friday morning to talk about her tree-to-table process and the health benefits of olive oil.
