Orcutt Shooting Victims Identified as Reid’s Parents
Names of the two victims in Monday’s Orcutt homicide were released today. Brian Keith Reid allegedly murdered his father William Reid and wounded his mother Pamela Reid. The Santa Barbara District Attorney Office announced in a formal compliant Wednesday afternoon that he is charged with one count of First Degree Murder as well as one count of Attempted First Degree Murder. Reid is scheduled to be arraigned today in Santa Maria superior court.
