Update: Oxnard police locate missing 11-year-old boy safe and sound

UPDATE 05/15/20: Oxnard police reported that Michael Robert Dennie was located and returned safely to his home around 11:35 p.m. Thursday evening.

Police thank the community for their help in finding this young boy.

OXNARD, Calif. - The Oxnard Police Department is seeking the public's help as they search for an 11-year-old boy who was reported missing Thursday evening.

11-year-old Michael Robert Dennie was reported missing from his home in the 700 block of Isela Street in Oxnard around 5 p.m.

Michael is described as being white. He is 5-foot-1 and weighs about 90 pounds. Michael has blonde hair and blue eyes. He was last seen wearing a black Nike t-shirt and dark-colored basketball shorts.

Police said it is not known where Michael may have been headed.
