Santa Paula teacher accused of sexual misconduct with student identified
The Santa Paula High School teacher accused of sexual misconduct with a student.
He’s been identified as Armando Rico, 31, of Santa Paula.
Rico has been charged with contacting a minor with the intent to commit a felony and child annoyance.
Rico was arrested Tuesday and a search warrant was served for his school, his home and his vehicle.
